Our story
Started as one quiet room.
12D Wellness began as a single room offering meditation sessions to a handful of regulars. Word travelled, and the practice grew into seven services under one roof — still on Design Street, still one-to-one.

FAQ
Good to know before you book.
Do I need a membership to book a single session?
No. Every service can be booked as a one-off session. Corporate packages are the only ones sold as a programme.
What should I bring for a massage or Ayurveda consultation?
Comfortable clothing is enough for most sessions. For an Ayurveda consultation, bring a short note of your current routine and any medication you take.
Is nutrition counselling suitable if I have specific dietary needs?
Sessions are built around your own routine and preferences, including dietary restrictions.
How do corporate wellness packages work for smaller teams?
Lunchtime talks and workshops both scale down to smaller groups — see the Corporate Wellness page for packages.
What actually happens in a breathwork session?
A practitioner guides a sequence of breathing patterns in a quiet room, usually followed by a few minutes of rest.
Can I come in regularly for stress management, not just once?
Yes — many clients book sessions on a recurring basis. There is no minimum commitment either way.
Our sessions support general wellbeing and are not a substitute for medical advice. Please consult your doctor about any health condition.
