12 DimensionsThis policy covers the three paid products sold through this site — 12D Blueprint, 12D Pulse and 12D Radar (see Plans) — checked out and billed through Paddle.com, our payment provider and merchant of record. It does not cover bespoke website-build engagements, which are governed by section 4 of our Terms of Service.
1. Paddle is merchant of record
Paddle.com Market Limited is the merchant of record for every purchase made on this site. Paddle handles payment processing, invoicing and tax, and its own buyer terms apply alongside this policy. Refunds are issued back to your original payment method via Paddle.
2. 12D Blueprint (one-off purchase)
12D Blueprint is refundable in full within 7 days of purchase if it has not been delivered — including if generation fails twice, which also alerts us directly and triggers an automatic refund. Once delivered (the HTML report and PDF emailed to you), the purchase is final, since the product is a completed piece of work specific to your site.
3. 12D Pulse and 12D Radar (subscriptions)
12D Pulse and 12D Radar are monthly subscriptions. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period; we do not offer partial-month refunds for time already paid for. Cancelling stops the next renewal — it does not remove anything you have already received that month.
4. How to request a refund or cancel
Email reach@12dimensions.co with the email address you purchased with. We aim to respond within one business day. You can also request a refund directly through Paddle's own order support at paddle.net, using the receipt emailed to you at checkout.
