12 DimensionsThese terms govern engagements with 12 Dimensions Studio, a trading name of Crown Ventures (sole proprietor: Sauradeep Das), Faridabad, Haryana, India. By accepting a quotation you agree to them. The quotation and these terms together form the contract.
1. Services
We design, build, launch and, where agreed, maintain websites and related online presence: content, visual identity, booking and payment integrations, Google Business Profile setup, legal pages, hosting and domain configuration. The scope of each engagement is set out in a written quotation issued after a brand review.
2. Quotations and payment
- Quotations are fixed-price for the scope described and valid for 30 days
- Work begins on receipt of a signed quotation and the first payment shown on it; for most builds this is 50% at start and 50% at launch
- Invoices are payable within 14 days. UK clients are invoiced in GBP, Indian clients in INR; taxes are shown separately where applicable
- Third-party costs you keep after the engagement (domain, hosting, paid tools) are either billed at cost or set up in your own accounts, as stated in the quotation
3. Your responsibilities
- Provide content, images, access and approvals in reasonable time; delays on your side extend the timeline
- Confirm you have the right to use any material you give us
- Review legal pages we draft for your site; they are prepared with care but are not legal advice, and you remain responsible for your own compliance
4. Changes and cancellation
- Small changes during a build are included; changes that alter scope are quoted separately before we do them
- Either party may cancel a build with 14 days written notice. Work completed to that date is invoiced pro rata; the initial payment is non-refundable once work has started
- Monthly maintenance plans can be cancelled with 30 days notice
5. Ownership
- On full payment, you own the website, its code, content and visual identity we created for you, and we hand over all accounts and access
- Our internal tools, templates and methods remain ours
- We may show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to
6. Data protection
Crown Ventures is registered with the UK ICO (ZC157425). Where we handle personal data belonging to your customers, we act as a processor under a Data Processing Agreement signed before any such processing. Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle your own data.
7. Liability
- We work to a reasonable-endeavours standard; we do not guarantee search rankings, traffic or revenue
- AI tools are used in producing copy, code and design; you review and approve all material before launch
- Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the engagement in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss
8. Governing law
Engagements with UK clients are governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the courts of England and Wales. Engagements with Indian clients are governed by the laws of India and subject to the courts of Faridabad, Haryana.
