How the Blueprint is delivered

Pay by card or UPI through Paddle, our payment partner. Enter your website address, complete payment, and your Blueprint is written from your site's own text and facts and emailed from reach@12dimensions.co as a document and a PDF, usually within the hour.

Refund policy

Paddle is merchant of record for all digital products sold here.

12D Blueprint (one-off): refundable within 7 days if not delivered — including if generation fails twice, which also alerts us directly.
12D Pulse and 12D Radar (subscriptions): cancel any time; no partial-month refunds.
