Your business has twelve dimensions. Most websites show one.

A website is only where a brand becomes visible. We build the brand underneath it: what you sell, who you are, why you can be trusted, and how you look. End to end, by one accountable person, for UK professional practices and Indian local businesses.

The twelve dimensions

Before a customer calls, they check more than your logo. They check what you offer, where you are, whether you're registered, how you talk, who runs the place. These are the twelve things they check, grouped four ways. Pick any point to see what we build for it.

Brand as product as organisation as person as symbol

Brand as product

Scope, attributes, value, uses, users, provenance. What you sell and to whom.

Brand as organisation

Your values and people, and whether you act local or global. The trust layer.

Brand as person

Personality and the relationship you keep with customers. How you talk and follow up.

Brand as symbol

Visual imagery and heritage. The mark, the colours, the story behind the name.

The twelve dimensions are David Aaker's brand identity model. We use it as a build checklist: a site is finished when every dimension a customer will check has something real to show.

Built the same way, for our own ventures first

Three businesses, three different kinds of presence, one person building. Each is live; click through and check the dimensions yourself.

bellrook.com
AI receptionist and workflow service for UK dental and accountancy practices

A UK-regulated service sold from India needed its trust layer built before anything else: ICO registration shown and verifiable, GDPR-grade privacy, cookie and terms pages, a cookie banner that defaults to off, transparent pricing, and audio demos a practice manager can play before booking a call.

poornam.health
Health platform with live booking and payment

A content-led health service that has to convert a reader into a booked, paid consultation without a phone call: appointment slots that update live, phone validation by country, online payment, and long-form pages written for someone who is worried and reading carefully.

Tiles of India
City guides with AI-generated family trip plans

A consumer product rather than a service: one tile per city with sights, costs and stays, plus a trip plan generated on request and shaped around the family using it. Shows what an AI feature looks like when it is part of the product rather than a badge on it.

How an engagement runs

  1. Brand review

A 30-minute call where we go through the twelve dimensions against whatever you have online today, even if that's only a Google listing. No pitch on the call.

  2. Written quotation

Within 48 hours you get a fixed scope and a fixed price from Crown Ventures, dimension by dimension, so you can see exactly what is and isn't included.

  3. Build

Two to four weeks for most businesses. You see the site as it takes shape and can change direction at any point. One person builds it, so nothing gets lost between a designer and a developer.

  4. Launch and run

Domain, hosting, analytics, Google listing and legal pages all handled. After launch, a monthly plan keeps it updated, or you take it over outright; the code is yours either way.

One person, all twelve

12 Dimensions is run by Sauradeep Das from Faridabad, India, under Crown Ventures, the same company that operates Bellrook. Twenty years in enterprise IT, almost eighteen of them at Wipro as an enterprise architect, taught me how systems fit together; the last few have been spent using AI tools to build complete businesses on my own, from the first line of copy to the hosting bill.

That is the reason a solo studio can do what usually takes an agency: the tools now do the volume, so one accountable person can hold the whole picture, from the legal page to the logo, and answer for all of it. You deal with the person who builds your site, and that person is the one who understood your business on the first call.

We work with UK professional practices and Indian local businesses because those are the two markets we know from the inside: Crown Ventures is registered with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ZC157425) and based in India.
