Our story
Started with one treatment room.
12D Spa began as a single treatment room offering massage to a handful of regulars. Word travelled, and the practice grew into seven treatments under one roof — still on Design Street, still unhurried.

Do I need to book in advance?
Walk-ins are welcome when space allows, but booking ahead guarantees your preferred time and therapist.
Can I request a therapist of a specific gender?
Yes — a same-gender therapist is available on request, for any treatment.
What should I wear?
Comfortable clothing is fine to arrive in — robes and towels are provided for every treatment.
Is foot reflexology a medical treatment?
No — our foot reflexology is offered purely for relaxation, not as a medical treatment.
