Hygiene & your visit
Hygiene and your visit
How we keep tools, linen and your appointment itself clean, calm and predictable.
Sterilised tools
Every tool that touches skin or hair is sterilised between clients, following a set cleaning routine at each station.
Fresh linen & single-use items
Towels and gowns are freshly laundered for each client, and single-use items such as waxing strips and certain nail files are discarded after one use.
Patch tests before colour services
A small amount of colour product is applied to a discreet area of skin 48 hours before a colour appointment, to check for a reaction before a full application. This is standard practice and helps keep your appointment on schedule.
Arriving & cancellations
Arriving a few minutes early gives time for a short consultation before your service begins. If you need to reschedule, we ask for as much notice as possible so the slot can be offered to someone else.
