Income tax return filing
- PAN and Aadhaar details
- Bank statements for the year
- Salary slips or income statements
- Investment and insurance proofs
- Details of any other income (rent, capital gains, interest)
- Last year's filed return, if available
GST registration
- PAN of the business or proprietor
- Proof of business address
- Bank account details
- Identity and address proof of owners or partners
- Business constitution documents (partnership deed, incorporation certificate, etc.)
Company formation
- Identity and address proof of all directors or partners
- Proposed business name options
- Registered office address proof
- Passport-size photographs of directors or partners
- Digital signature, if you already have one
