Teleconsultations follow India’s Telemedicine Practice Guidelines. You’ll have a video consultation with the doctor, covering your concern, history and next steps, in the same unhurried way as an in-clinic visit — followed up with any notes you need.
Video consultations are not for emergencies. In a medical emergency, call 112.
